  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business day after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options via AusPost:

  • Free Standard Shipping with tracking Australia wide (2-6 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $5 (1-2 business days).

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at matchaessence.au@gmail.com.
  • Lost or stolen packages may be eligible for a replacement or refund based on our discretion.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
